KLINGON SHIP YARDS (The J Ships)

NOTE: On all SSDs the shaded boxes on the Drone Racks, Plasma Racks and the ADDs represent the Y175 refit.
NOTE: On some SSDs the fighter/shuttles have shaded boxes, these represent the crippled the status of the fighter/shuttle.
NOTE: On some SSDs the crew check-off boxes have a 'B' or 'D' in them, these represent the crew units that are Boarding Parties or Deck Crews.

(R3J.103) HEAVY D6 DRONE BOMBARDMENT CRUISER (D6DH) This ship was discovered after the war in the files of the Kzinti Intelligence Agency (disparagingly called "WHISKERS" by the Federation GIA). Some Kzinti intelligence analysts became concerned in Y177 when reached them that the Klingons were deploying D7Ds. They feared the Klingon would begin applying the same type of modification to their already dangerous D6Ds. This information was a closely guarded secret, and only a handful of Kzinti captains ever fought against the ship in the simulators developed by the analysts.

(R3P.101) FRIGATE HEAVY FIGHTER CARRIER (F5VHS) This design originated from the Kooges Design Bureau. With the introduction of the Z-H heavy fighter, designers Karry, KO, and Kurly proposed to modify a F5VL to carry them and to replace the disruptors with special sensors to find and identify targets for the fighters. A command version (F5VHS-C) was also envisioned, but details on this ship remain murky at best.

(R3P.102) DRONE FRIGATE LEADER (F5CD) Another proposal from the Kooges Design Bureau. The three designers, Karry, Ko, and Kurly, proposed to modify a F5C to a drone leader, reasoning that the squadron leader could be a drone frigate as well as a standard combat variant. Rumors persist that Karry, Ko and Kurly proposed a variant of this ship with some repair ability (F5CD-R) as well as a War Destroyer variant (F5CD-RW), but these proposals were never verified and no reason could be found to build ship a ship.
